Tuesday morning, the Bills sent out a press reelase confirming the team had hired David Culley as it's next quarterbacks coach:

Culley and new Bills head coach Sean McDermott were together on Andy Reid’s Philadelphia Eagles’ staff from 1999-2010 before McDermott left to become the defensive coordinator for the Carolina Panthers.  According to The Star, Culley was one of the primary people responsible for developing rookie Pro Bowler Tyreek Hill, who led the team in catches (61), receiving yards (593), and touchdowns (six).  Culley has never coached quarterbacks at the NFL level.  He did coach QBs at two different places at the college level:

The move means David Lee will almost certainly not be returning to the staff after two years of coaching Bills quarterbacks.  However, it could mean wide receivers coach Sanjay Lal is going to stay on with the team, although his status is still unknown.  Lal interviewed for the vacant WRs coach position in Philadelphia shortly after the season ended.  After Rex Ryan was fired, Bills wideout Sammy Watkins was outspoken about wanting Lal back as his position coach.

Tuesday morning, it was reported the Eagles filled that position:
