A report from the website says the Bills could be zeroing in on a new defensive backs coach:

Brown would fit the profile of veteran hires new head coach Sean McDermott has already made to his staff.  He’s 56 and has been coaching in the NFL or major college football since 1995.  Here’s a look at his coaching stops, via his Wikipedia page, although he is no longer on the Titans staff, not retained when Mike Mularley took over last offseason:

The Sacramento native played seven years in the NFL as a cornerback and kick returner, all with the Houston Oilers, collecting 18 interceptions and five sacks.  Prior to that, he was a standout DB at the University of Oregon, earning 1st-Team All-Pac-10 honors in 1982.

As a coach, Brown earned a Super Bowl XXXIV ring while coaching the secondary for the St. Louis Rams under head coach Dick Vermeil.

There has been no word yet from the team on the futures of current DB coaches Tim McDonald or Ed Reed, who were both a part of Rex Ryan’s staff.
