According to 9News in Denver, the Bills had tried to poach McKenzie from the Broncos’ practice squad just a couple weeks ago, but Denver didn’t want to lose him and instead signed him to their 53-man roster.  But he was waived last Friday.

McKenzie was also the Bulldogs’ leading receiver in 2016 collecting 44 catches for 633 yards and seven touchdowns.
