The 2019 NFL Draft is officially just two weeks away. The Arizona Cardinals are on the clock with the first pick in the NFL Draft from Nashville, Tennessee on April 25.

As for the Buffalo Bills, the team owns the ninth overall pick in the draft, and much is still being made about what the team should do with the pick. Should Buffalo trade away the pick? If not, which position should they target with the choice?

Roto Experts' Davis Mattek joined Mike Schopp on Thursday afternoon to talk more on the upcoming draft, as well as some thoughts on the Bills' offseason.

Here is some of what Mattek had to say:

Mattek on Iowa tight end T.J. Hockenson:

"Hockenson is one of the best blocking tight ends coming into the Draft that I've seen. He also looks like a wide receiver when he has the ball. I think [the Oakland Raiders] could take him, so I wouldn't say that Bills selecting him would be a reach."

Mattek on free agent signee John Brown:

"Brown is the fully-formed version of Robert Foster. He has good hands, is a solid route-runner and is fast. I'm a big John Brown guy. I think he's quite good. The only thing is he has the sickle cell trait, so you don't always know game-to-game is he will be able to play."

Mattek comparing the Bills to the New York Jets:

"I like the Jets' roster construction more than the Bills. Sam Darnold is going to be real good. I like their skilled position players. Chris Herndon is already an above-average tight end. Le'Veon Bell is self-explanatory, and Quincy Enunwa is now their third-best receiver."

Mattek on the Cleveland Browns:

"The Browns will be great. Baker Mayfield is already one of the 10-best quarterbacks. He could even leap into the top-five. Odell Beckham, Jr. is one of the most impactful non-quarterbacks in the league."
