It looks like Bills’ center Russell Bodine’s season is over.  According to NFL Insider Ian Rapoport, Bodine had surgery Monday on a broken leg suffered at Miami in the team’s 21-17 loss to the Dolphins Sunday and the team may be signing former Packers' center Dillon Day.

Sources: #Bills C Russell Bodine is having surgery as we speak on a broken fibula and they are bringing in free agent C Dillon Day. Day was most recently on the #Packers and he worked out for the #Colts last week.

Bodine was injured on the Bills’ third play from scrimmage and was replaced by Ryan Groy.

Bodine played his first four years in the NFL with the Cincinnati Bengals, but was signed by the Bills as a free agent this past offseason to a two-year, $5 million contract after losing Eric Wood to retirement.  He then won the starting center job over Groy after a lengthy training camp battle.
