Former Buffalo Bills guard Richie Incognito was arrested in Scottsdale, Arizona on Monday following an incident at a funeral home following the death of his father.

According to reports, the 35-year-old was arrested on counts of disorderly conduct and threats towards staff members at the funeral home. Incognito is still, reportedly, in custody at this time.

According to Mike Florio of Pro Football Focus, a source told him that Incognito, "allegedly created a disturbance by 'acting erratically and making the employees feel incredibly uncomfortable' while handling arrangements for his late father. Incognito allegedly made a gun gesture toward one of the employees, and he said that he has guns in his truck."

TMZ reports that Scottsdale Police obtained a search warrant on Incognito's car, where they did find guns in his vehicle. Both his vehicle and the weapons were impounded.

Back in May, Incognito was taken into custody following an incident at a Florida gym and was later placed in an involuntary psychiatric hold. Incognito had allegedly gotten into an altercation with another patron of the gym, and was said to have thrown a dumbbell at the man.

Incognito was released by the Bills on May 21 after spending three seasons with the team, starting in 48 games and making three Pro Bowls. The  11-year veteran decided to retire following the 2017 season, which led the Bills to place him on the reserved / retired list back on April 12. However, he has made it known that he was open to returning to the NFL for the 2018 season if he was offered the right deal.
