Buffalo, NY (WGR 550) - Terry Pegula has already said that he was not going to raise season-ticket prices for next season and now, the team is offering new benefits for season-ticket holders.

As I look down the letter that was sent out with invoices, the one that really sticks out is a new Season Ticket Holder Exchange Program.

With so many options in the secondary market, some people have felt that season tickets aren’t worth it, especially when tickets were being offered last season for $6 and going unsold.

Now, season-ticket holders can return their tickets in exchange for points that can be used in an exclusive store.

There were six other benefits in the letter that VP of Tickets and Service John Sinclair wrote about.

  1. Concession pricing for season-ticket holders on select items that will be lower than the price for the regular fans.
  2. Restructuring of the benefits on My One Buffalo to add more discounts through the Bills, (716) Food and Sport and other local establishments.
  3. Season-tickets holders will get 2.5-percent of their ticket purchase price back in SabreBucks. That can be used at the Sabres Store, for game tickets or concessions.
  4. If you share tickets and have a draft, the team will offer a new web portal to help manage the ticket draft of find additional partners.
  5. Random season-ticket holders will be chosen the Ticket Holder of the game which gets them a Gold Carpet Experience and tickets in the Season Ticket Holder Suite which includes food and beverages.
  6. Access to additional exclusive none-game events.

Sinclair wrote that more information on these programs will be coming in the future.
