Terrell Owens has not played professional football in seven years, and hasn't played in the NFL in eight years. However, at 44-years old, Owens is reportedly seeking a comeback in the CFL.

Owens has enacted a clause that forces the Edmonton Eskimos, the team that holds his rights in the CFL, to offer him a contract or release his rights within 10 days. If he ends up signing with Edmonton he'll join former UB wide receiver Natey Adjei on the roster.

Owen's agent says that T.O. is all in on his comeback.

"He still feels like he has some football years left in him. He just loves the game and wants to get back to playing whether it's the CFL or NFL."

The last time we saw Owens with the Bengals, he put up very solid numbers. At age 37, Owens had 72 catches for 983 yards and 9 touchdowns. The year before Owens spent his only season in Buffalo.

If there is a guy that can not play for almost a decade, and comeback at age 44, it would be T.O. He's been known to keep his body in peak shape. In the last few weeks, while working out with Julio Jones, Owens ran a 4.43 forty time. Does T.O. still got it? Maybe we'll find out soon in Canada.
