Video: Bills begin offseason program

The Buffalo Bills began Phase One of their offseason workouts Monday morning, convening for the first time in 2019. Phase One consists of only strength and conditioning exercises and rehab work. Only strength and conditioning coaches are even allowed to be on the field with players.

Here’s what some of that looked and sounded like Monday:

Quarterback Josh Allen, linebacker Tremaine Edmunds, head coach Sean McDermott, general manager Brandon Beane are all expected to meet with the media later today.
