Looking for local food resources amidst the spread of COVID-19? Find a list of resources below listed by County and School District.

Foodlink is now providing 5,000 meals every day and is distributing 10,000 boxes of food to people in 10 counties who are in need of resources. If you are looking to volunteer, there are both morning and afternoon shifts available. Click HERE to learn more. They are currently providing pre-packaged breakfast, lunch and dinners that can be picked up Monday-Friday from 8:00am-8:00pm (ET) at the following Rec-Centers:

Monroe County

Brighton (Starting 3/18)

Breakfast will be offered from 7:30am-9:00am (ET) and lunch from 11:30am-1:00pm (ET) at the following locations:

  • Brighton High School,1150 Winton Road, Brighton. Go to door 22.
  • French Road Elementary School, 488 French Road in Brighton. 

Parents, guardians, and senior citizens can also purchase meals for $2 for breakfast or $4 for lunch.

Brockport (Starting 3/18)

Grab-and-go meals will be available weekdays from 9:00am-12:00pm (ET) at the west entrance of Brockport High School at 40 Allen Street. 

Meals are for Brockport Central School District students 18 and under.

Churchville-Chili (Starting 3/18)

Pick-up meals available at 3 school locations Monday-Friday 11:00am-12:30pm (ET):

  • Chestnut Ridge School Main Foyer
  • Churchville Elementary School Back Door 6 
  • Middle School North Building Door 24

The only requirement is that children must be 18 or younger to receive a meal. Pickup locations will be open from 11 a.m. through 12:30 p.m. on weekdays beginning March 18. 

East Irondequoit (Starting 3/16)

All six schools in the district will be open Monday-Friday for grab-and-go breakfast from 8:00am-10:00am (ET) and lunches from 11:00am-1:00pm (ET).

Meals are free to anyone 18 and under and will continue until schools reopen. Meals are for anyone, you do not need to be a resident to receive a meal. Adult meals will be available for $2 at breakfast and $4 at lunch. Students do not need to be present in order to receive their meals.

East Rochester (Starting 3/18)

Breakfast will be served from 8:00-10:00am (ET) and lunches from 11:00am-1:00pm (ET). Pickup is in the bus loop of the junior and senior high school located at 200 Woodbine Ave. 

The lunches are free and no income requirements or registration. Parents, guardians, and senior citizens can also purchase a meal for $2 for breakfast and $4 for lunch.

Fairport (Starting 3/17)

Free meals are available to students in need from 11:00am-12:30pm (ET) Monday-Friday at the following locations:

  • Pines of Perinton (Learning Links);
  • Fairport Police Department (rear parking lot);
  • Alpine Knoll (office);
  • Knollwood Apartments (office);
  • Jefferson Avenue bus loop;
  • Fairport High School bus loop.

Lunch for the current day and breakfast for the following day will be available for free to all children ages 3 through 18. Look for a Fairport school bus or a district representative at each location.

Gates Chili (Starting 3/18)

To-go meals are available for any child under the age of 18, no income or residential requirements. Available Monday-Friday 8:00am-10:00am (ET) for breakfast and 11:00am-1:00pm (ET) for lunch at the following locations:

Greece (Starting 3/18)

Grab-and-go breakfast and lunch will be available Monday-Friday for children ages 5 to 18 at the below locations. Breakfast pick-up times are 8:00-10:00am (ET) and lunch pick-up times are 11:00am-1:00pm (ET):

  • Autumn Lane Elementary School, 2089 Maiden Lane
  • Lakeshore Elementary School, 1200 Latta Road
  • Longridge Elementary School, 190 Longridge Avenue

Hilton (Starting 3/18)

Breakfast and lunch grab-and-go meals available for children 18 or under Monday-Friday. Each child will receive up to two meals per day. 

Pick-up locations & times:

  • Hilton High School Door #16 from 10:00am-1:00pm (ET)
  • Lake Ontario Baptist Church, 1425 Walker Lake Ontario Road from 11:00am-1:00pm (ET)
  • Northwood Elementary School delivery door entrance from 11:00am-1:00pm (ET)​

The child must be present in order for meals to be provided. If driving, stay in your car and meals will be given to you based on the number of children in your car. You should use the distribution location that is closest to your home.

Holley (Starting 3/18)

Student emergency meals can be ordered online at holleycsd.org. Pick-up times are Monday-Friday 8:00am-10:00am (ET) at the below locations:

  • Holley Elementary School back bus loop
  • Clarendon Town Hall Building
  • Thomas Estates (bus stop loop)
  • County Line Trailer Park (Gulf Road & County Line Road)
  • Fancher Hulberton Murray Fire Hall

Honeoye (Starting 3/18)

Breakfast and lunch grab-&-go meals will be available for pick up Monday-Friday from 10:00am-12:00pm (ET) at the back cafeteria (upper level) door next to the outdoor freezer. Parents/guardians are asked to sign for meals by indicating their name as well as the names of their HCS-enrolled children.

Penfield (Starting 3/19)

The Penfield Central School District will have meals available for any families Monday-Friday from 9:00-11:30am (ET) at Penfield High School.

The Penfield Ecumenical Food Shelf will distribute weekly food in a drive-up grab-and-go system. Clients scheduled to get staples will still be able to select their food by appointment, without overlap with other clients. Call (585) 234-0799 with questions.

Pittsford (Starting 3/17)

Families looking for assistance with meals should go to the Pittsford Food Cupboard located at 3800 Monroe Ave. Door 26 

Rush-Henrietta (Starting 3/17)

Grab-and-go breakfast and lunch meals will be available for any child age 18 and younger. Open Monday-Friday from 9:00-9:30am (ET) for breakfast and 12:00-12:30pm (ET) for lunch pick-up at the below locations:  

  • Henrietta Senior Center, 515 Calkins Road, Henrietta (parking lot)
  • Riverton Knolls, 312 Countess Drive, Henrietta (in front of leasing office)
  • Stonewood Village Apartments, 200 Myrtlewood Drive, Henrietta (parking lot)
  • Rush-Henrietta Senior High School, 1799 Lehigh Station Road, Henrietta; this site offers drive-through service in the west parking lot

Children with school-documented food allergies should call (585) 359-5388 by 7:00am (ET) on the first day you would like meals. 

No paperwork or proof of enrollment is required. Children do not need to be present to receive a meal.

Spencerport (Starting 3/17)

The Spencerport School Nutrition Program is participating in the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s School Closure Meal Program, which provides free meals to students during school closure Monday-Friday. More information can be found on the district's website. 

Webster (Starting 3/18)

The Webster Central School District will serve drive-through meals from 8:00am-10:00am (ET) Monday-Friday weekdays at the below pick-up location:

  • Webster Schroeder High School, 875 Ridge Road (Back gym entrance)

Families will receive breakfast and lunch at the same time. The meals are for any student living in the Webster Central School District.

HOPE Ministry, located at 1450 Ridge Road has expanded its hours for emergency food distribution to:

  • Monday 4:00-7:00pm (ET), Tuesday 9:00-12:00pm (ET) and Wednesday 2:00-5:00pm (ET)

It is open to low-income residents of Webster. New recipients must show proof of Webster address, such as a lease or official mail, for every member of the household. 

West Irondequoit (Starting 3/18)

The district will serve breakfast and lunch at eight sites around the school district. Locations and times to be updated.

Wheatland Chili (Starting 3/18)

Meals will be distributed near the parking lot by the soccer stadium at Wheatland-Chili Middle/High School at 940 North Road Monday-Friday 11:00-1:00pm (ET).

The district is requesting that all parents complete a survey ahead of time so that it is prepared for the approximate number of breakfasts and lunches that will be needed. 

Ontario County:

Canandaigua (Starting 3/18)

​The Canandaigua City School Nutrition Program is participating in the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s School Closure Meal Program, which provides free meals to students during the school closure.

All Canandaigua City School District students can participate; you do not need to be a Canandaigua City School District resident.  Questions please call:  585-396-3732.​

Clifton Springs (Starting 3/17)

Free bag lunches are available Monday-Friday 11:00am-1:00pm (ET) and 5:00-7:00pm (ET) at the kitchen door in the back of the United Church of Phelps at 58 Main St. 

There will be sandwiches off-hours in the Blessing Box, the white cupboard resting to the side of the church building.

East Bloomfield (Starting 3/23)

Breakfast and lunch pick up will be Monday-Friday from 11:00am-1:00pm (ET) at the Bloomfield Middle-High School Athletic Entrance (near the bus garage).

For families with transportation emergencies, limited delivery will be available. A parent will need to come to the bus to pick up the meal. Meal Form is available HERE.

Geneva (Starting 3/23)

Monday-Friday The Geneva City School District will be offering breakfast and lunch pickup for school-aged children during the school closure from 11:00-1:00pm (ET) at the below pickup locations:

  • The West Street School bus loop
  • The Carter Road bus loop
  • The Goodman Street Boys & Girls Club

Naples (Starting 3/18)

Rushville (Starting 3/20)

Pick up times for grab-and-go breakfast and lunch will be available from 11:30-1:00pm (ET) at each of our buildings. Food will be available for all family members. 

Victor (Starting 3/18)

Breakfast and lunch are available 12:00-1:00pm (ET) on Monday's & Wednesday's at the following locations:

  • Lyman Way, by the mail boxes - look for Victor School Bus and food service staff
  • Finger Lakes Race Track (changed from Fire Station No 2 on Hook Road)
  • Serving line at the Victor Primary School for breakfast/lunch service during the days we are out of school. 

Any student qualifies to receive these food items. The parents and/or students can come in and receive their lunch for that day and their breakfast for the next day. If you are unable to pick up the meals from the distribution sites, please call your child’s principal as soon as possible.


Wayne County:

Clyde (Starting 3/18)

Pick-up breakfast and lunch Monday-Friday from 10:30am-12:00pm (ET) at the following locations:

  • Savannah Fire Hall at 1770 New York Rt 89 
  • MS/HS Building 215 Glasgow Street

Gananda (Starting 3/18)

A program to provide breakfast and lunch to students will be available Monday-Friday. A survey will be sent out from the school district to students directly for details.

Lyons (Starting 3/18)

3 Different Locations Available:

  • Helpful Hearts - Carolyn Cook 10-12 Geneva Street Monday-Friday 10:00am-5:00pm (ET) and Saturday 9:00-2:00pm (ET)
  • Lyons Community Food Pantry at the Presbyterian Church - Enter through the yellow door of the Methodist Church parking lot. 11 Queen Street - Monday-Friday 11:00am-1:00pm (ET)
  • Lesario Deli 37 Canal Street - Lunches; PB+J sandwich or bologna, chips and juice Fingerlakes WIC

Marion (Starting 3/17)

Breakfast and lunch available for students. Pick-up available Monday-Friday from 11:00am-12:30pm (ET) at the entrance of the Elementary or Jr-Sr High School Buildings. 

Someone will bring the meals out to you. Must provide names of the students the meals are for. If you are unable to pick-up the meals, please call 315-926-2409 to make other arrangements.

Newark (Starting 3/18)

Parents must complete this SURVEY if looking to participate in the meal program. Breakfast and lunch pick-up and delivery Monday-Friday options available. 

Ontario (Starting 3/17-3/20 & 3/30-4/3)

Free breakfast and lunch to children ages 2-18. Drive through and pick-up at student's school Monday-Friday 11:00am-1:00pm (ET). Children must be present in order for meals to be provided.

Cucamonga School District Food Services will be providing free breakfast and lunch to all children ages 2-18. Families can drive through and pick up meals at their student’s school site. Children must be present in order for meals to be provided and at least one child must attend the school.

  • Cucamonga Elementary 
  • Los Amigos Elementary School 
  • Rancho Cucamonga Middle School

Palmyra (Starting 3/18)

Breakfast and lunch pick-up is available Monday-Friday from 11:00am-12:30pm (ET) at the below pick-up location:

  • Pal-Mac High School Main Entrance - 151 Hyde Parkway

Please use the survey form at palmaccsd.org/food to sign-up for meal service.

Someone will bring the meals out to you, you will need to provide the names of the students the meals are for. 

Red Creek (Starting 3/24)

Grab-and-go breakfast and lunch will be available for children ages 1-18 Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10:30am-12:00pm (ET) at the below location:

  • Front of the High School (loading dock entrance). 

These meals are free of charge to the students of the community during the shutdown. If you are interested in receiving meals from this site, the District is requesting that you contact us to ensure we meet the needs of our students. Please fill out the form HERE and email it to meals@rccsd.org

Please make sure you are registered no later than March 20 at 9:00 am. 

Sodus (Starting 3/18-4/3)

Breakfast and lunch pick-up Monday-Friday 10:30am-12:30pm (ET):

Williamson (Starting 3/17)

Parents are to complete this SURVEY in regards to free meals for their children. Breakfast and lunch pick-up Monday-Friday 11:00am-12:30pm (ET) at the High School Cafeteria Patio Door. If you are unable to pick up meals due to transportation constraints, there is a delivery option on the survey you may request.

Wolcott (Starting 3/18)

Breakfast and lunch pick-up is available Monday-Friday from 10:30am-12:30pm (ET) at the below location:

  • North-Rose Wolcott High School - 11631 Salter-Colvin Road 

Must contact the district by emailing meals@nrwcs.org or calling 315-594-5510 to participate.
